Since our products produce different results
for different people, we do not guarantee specific results or offer a
money-back guarantee. Please follow the directions with each product you
receive and use our exclusive product coach to answer any of your
product usage needs. Please note: the Applicators are a cosmetic product
and can not be returned once the foil wrapper is opened. To receive a
refund-all products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in
re-saleable, un-opened, "new" condition. It Works! is not responsible
for shipping costs. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee applied to all
customer returns.
RETURN POLICY

unopened product in new condition.
2. Returns must be
requested within 30 days of receipt.

3. Customers returning
product are responsible for all return postage.
5. Shipping charges will
be refunded only if the product is defective or an error was made by
Victorie Inc.
6. If a package arrives
damaged or defective please call us immediately as the package will need
to be picked up by the Shipping Courier for inspection.
7. Enclose a copy of the
invoice with returned item.
