BEFORE GETTING STARTED YOU WILL NEED: A Tape measure & A Permanent Marker 
 
STEP 1: Record your measurements in 3 areas. Depending on which area you are targeting, for example: Abs: measure 3 inches above your belly button line, along the belly button line and 3 inches below the belly button line. To make sure you are measuring in the same location before and after we recommend marking the three to four spots along the edge of the tape measure with a permanent marker pen.
 
STEP 2: Take a warm shower. The steam will help to open your pores for maximum absorption. Use an exfoliating cloth or sponge to stimulate circulation and remove dead skin in the area you are targeting. Towel dry. Drink at least one 8 oz. glass of water before step 3.
 
STEP 3: Open the vial of activator fluid.   Apply a small amount of activator fluid to the targeted area.
 
STEP 4: Apply The Applicator to the targeted area (Never target more than one area at a time, NO EXCEPTIONS!) as directed on the package. A mesh tubing is included to hold The Applicator in place. You can also use Ace Bandages or Saran Wrap. If using Saran or bandages, DO NOT wrap tightly...just wrap the saran or bandage comfortably around The Applicator enough to hold it in place. Leave the applicator on for a minimum of 45 minutes.  There is no time limit to how long you can wear The Applicator...most people even sleep in it!  Best results if worn overnight.
 
STEP 5: Remove The Applicator... and rub in remaining formula. Get your tape measure and measure in the same spots as before and record results.
 
STEP 6: After you have completed measuring - drink another 8 oz. glass of water.
 
STEP 7: The day following - after showering - apply the Follow Up Defining Gel thoroughly in a circular motion in all areas where you applied The Applicator making sure the Follow Up Defining Gel absorbs thoroughly. If you used the chin applicator apply the firming cream instead. You will be using just enough to give good coverage. You should have enough Follow Up Defining Gel or Firming cream left for several more applications. Drink more water - another 8 oz. glass.
 
STEP 8: [NEXT DAY] Take measurements again and Repeat STEP 7.
 
STEP 9: [NEXT DAY] Take measurements again and Repeat STEP 7.
 
STEP 10: Next evening should be approximately 72 hours after the initial application of The Applicator...Time to do another application of The Applicator in the same targeted area. Start over with STEP 1.
