We appreciate this author as they present factual information in a easy to read format. Areas of special interest include: subtle aromatherapy, advanced smelling techniques, and explains why there are limitations on taking essential oils internally.

The essential oil profiles in this book still has some errors based on herbal data, however, the author does recommend a combination of nutritional supplements, herbs and essential oils for various health issues in the therapeutic use chapters.
