About
The Holy

We believe the Holy Anointing Oil
(Exodus 30 Holy Oil) is
not a general purpose anointing oil or perfume, it is for consecration and
sanctification purposes as stated in the Old Testament scripture
references: Exodus 28:41, 29:7, 29:36, 30:26, 30:30, 40:9, 40:10,
40:11, 40:13, 40:14. More interesting information
about the Holy Anointing Oil can be found below.

1. To set apart for sacred use; consecrate.
2. To make holy; purify.
3. To give religious sanction to, as with an oath or vow: sanctify a
marriage.

What is hin? What is calamus? What is the purpose of the
Holy Anointing Oil? Although, we do not claim to have any
authority of accuracy, we will share the information we have acquired
through prayer and many years of research. We pray the the Holy Spirit

Holy Anointing Oil
Formula
Exodus 30:22-33
22 Moreover
the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 23 Take thou also unto
thee principal spices, of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet
cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty shekels, and of sweet
calamus two hundred and fifty shekels, 24 And of cassia
five hundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil
olive an hin: 25 And thou shalt make it an oil of holy
ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it
shall be an holy anointing oil. 26 And thou shalt anoint
the tabernacle of the congregation therewith, and the ark of the
testimony, 27 And the table and all his vessels, and the
candlestick and his vessels, and the altar of incense, 28 And
the altar of burnt offering with all his vessels, and the laver and his
foot. 29 And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be
most holy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy. 30 And
thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may
minister unto me in the priest's office. 31 And thou shalt
speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy
anointing oil unto me throughout your generations. 32 Upon
man's flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like
it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto
you. 33 Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever
putteth any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his
people. KJV

Who Made The Holy
Anointing Oil in Exodus 30
God spoke to Moses about the
specific ingredients to be used to create the Holy Anointing Oil and
Holy Incense. God, then called by name, two individuals:
Bezaleel and Aholiab to build the tabernacle; its furniture, mercy seat,
incense altar, candlestick, laver, garments for the priests, anointing
oil and incense. These two individuals were filled with the
Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in
all manner of workmanship to complete the tasks as described in Exodus
31. Thus, from the scripture references we can see that God called
select individuals to prepare the Holy Anointing Oil. He then
gave divine revelation on how to prepare it.
In Exodus 37:29 it appears
God taught Bezaleel how to make the Holy Anointing Oil according to the
dispensatory in Exodus 30:22. Bezaleel did not have any previous
training in the making the Holy Anointing Oil. However, the
scripture says it was compounded after the true art of the apothecary.
This means that although Bezaleel did not have previous training in this
trade, the required knowledge was imparted to him directly by the Spirit
of God. The quality of the workmanship was the same as though he
had been a master of the trade, and confirmed by
apothecary standards. This is how God works. The flesh can
not be involved.
We receive many calls from
individuals wanting us to tell them how to make and prepare the Holy
Anointing Oil, however, the Lord does not allow us to do this. In
keeping with the scriptures, the formula and preparation instructions
must come directly by divine revelation from the Holy Spirit. The
flesh can not be involved. Exodus 20:25 And if thou wilt make me
an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if
thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it. Be encouraged; if the Lord has truly
called you to make the Holy Anointing Oil, He will also give you the
instructions on how to prepare it through the Holy Spirit. Be
patient and wait on the Lord.

The Tabernacle Ceremonial
Rituals
God instructed Moses to
build the tabernacle so that His presence could reside among the
children of Israel as a promise and foreshadow of things to come.
God also established many ceremonial rituals in the tabernacle to make
atonement for sin. This was because the children of Israel lived
under the law. God established the law to show that none of us are
Holy enough to enter His presence because of our sinful nature.
The ceremonial atonement rituals established in the tabernacle were
temporary and a foreshadow of God's permanent atonement. In the
New Testament, God sends his son, Jesus Christ, to be crucified so that
we can may receive the gift of salvation and permanent atonement for our
sins.

John 1:17
For the law was given by Moses, but
grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
Who Can Use The Holy
Anointing Oil Today
Are we allowed to make or
use the Holy Anointing Oil today? Each individual is accountable
to God and this is ultimately a question each person will need to
take to the Lord in prayer.
The Holy Anointing Oil in
the Old Testament was created by God to anoint only the High Priests,
the tabernacle and the items in the tabernacle so that they could
minister unto God on behalf of the people. However, this was
during the times of the Old Testament covenant. We are no
longer under the Old Testament covenant because Jesus died on the cross
for our sins.
Once we are saved it
our inheritance is to be adopted into the Royal Priesthood. We no
longer have to offer animal sacrifices, etc. in order to present our
petitions before the Lord as they did in the Old Testament days.
Jesus was our sacrifice and shed His blood to cleanse us from all
unrighteousness.
Holiness and purity can only
be obtained by having a
intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and allowing His Word to
cleanse our heart, soul and mind continually. He alone is our
atoning sacrifice. Keep in mind the word intimate relationship or
to "know" Jesus Christ is the key to the narrow path that leads to
eternal life in heaven. Not all that profess to be Christian will
be accepted as stated in Mathew 7:21-29.
21 Not
every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the
kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is
in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day,
Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have
cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I
never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24 Therefore whosoever heareth these
sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man,
which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods
came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not:
for it was founded upon a rock. 26 And
every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not,
shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the
sand: 27 And the rain
descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon
that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings,
the people were astonished at his doctrine: 29 For he
taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

What Is A Shekel
One question frequently
asked is "What is a shekel?" The shekel was used as money
and a weight measurement. The exact weight amount is uncertain,
however, the information we have found indicates it is approximately .4
ounce. Thus 500 shekels would be equivalent to approximately 200
ounces or 12.5 pounds. 250 shekels would be equivalent to
approximately 100 ounces or 6 .25 pounds.

What Is A Hin
The next question asked is
"What is a hin?" A "hin" is a biblical liquid weight measurement,
equivalent to approximately one gallon or 128 ounces.
We offer the Holy Anointing
Oil using the same ratio of spices and finest organic extra virgin olive oil
from Israel listed in Exodus 30:23-25.
The Lord has given us an
apothecary (perfumer) anointing as described in Exodus 30. This
ministry is a special gift from God that we take very seriously.
Although, we are no longer under the old covenant consider the Holy Anointing Oil
to be very special and sacred. It represents
Holiness, consecration and a total sacrifice of our lives to serve the
Lord.
