Adults can
take one to six capsules per day depending on the stress
level expected or being experienced. Most clinicians
report they recommend taking two or three in the morning
before breakfast and two or three mid-afternoon,
depending on the stress level.
Capsules for Children
Take one to six capsules per day
depending on the weight of the individual. Studies have
not included children younger than six years old. The
capsules should be taken at least half an hour before
breakfast and mid-afternoon (when coming in from school,
etc.). A recommended daily starting point is as follows:
One(1) – six (6) capsules per day depending on age and
weight of the individual.
A recommended daily starting
point is one (1) capsule for the average six (6) year old up
to six (6) capsules per day for adolescents sixteen (16)
years or older, or with a body weight of 100 pounds or more.
