Victorie Inc. is committed to offering the finest products to our customers. Customer service and satisfaction is our priority. If there is some need to return your purchase you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt.

Conditions for returned merchandise:

1. Returns will only be accepted with prior consent from Victorie Inc. Please send an email to customerservice@victorie-inc.us to obtain authorization.

2. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

3. Eligible merchandise must be undamaged and in original condition and packaging.

4. Essential oils, absolutes, co2 extracts, macerations, flower pomades, anointing oils, skin care products, perfumes or samples are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns as we are unable to ensure the purity once a bottle has been opened.

Our mission is to provide you high quality products and want you to be happy with your purchase, however, we can not guarantee you will like the the scent of all our natural oils or products. This is an unrealistic expectation. Some people like garlic and some don't. It is a matter of personal preference and same applies to natural products and oils. Therefore, we encourage our customers to order samples before buying larger quantities.

Some of our products are very rare and difficult to extract and the scent profiles may be different than what you expect. Seasonal conditions, country, soil, and extraction process also affect the scent profile and chemistry of an oil or product. These varying conditions are customary and expected when dealing with natural products.

5. Samples and custom orders are non-refundable.

6. Authorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

7. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.

9. Customers returning product are responsible for all return postage.

10. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the returned item.

In the event we make an error we will gladly authorize the return of the product and pay for the return of item.

For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Victorie Inc. is not responsible for items damaged, lost in transit, or any acts by the above carriers.

Unclaimed Goods

Items that are returned to us by shipper as “unclaimed” will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period we will attempt to contact you, and will resend the items for additional shipping charges. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30 day period, the item will be returned to our inventory to be resold without refund.

Damaged or Defective Packages

If a package arrives damaged or defective please call us immediately as the package will need to be picked up by the Shipping Courier for inspection.
