Very Important Notice: Your credit card BILLING address MUST match the address on file with your credit card company or bank. If shipping to a different address please enter this information in the Ship To Address field. If the address does not match we will call and verify the billing address for your security. Orders that need additional address verification service will be delayed until resolved. If the transaction is fraudulent the authorities will be notified.

Insured Packages and Signature Required Packages

Often times your package will be insured and or require a signature. This is for your protection. If you are not home, the delivery service will leave a notice.

Shipping Options

1) USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time in the USA is usually 2-3 days, although it could take as long as 5 days. A tracking number is provided to you the customer when the item is shipped.

2) USPS Express Mail. Delivery time in the US is 1-2 days. Overnight delivery is not guaranteed with this service although in many locations it is overnight delivery.

Express orders are processed the day they are received and shipped the next business day. Express orders requiring same day shipping will be charged an additional $15.00 rush fee.

All items are insured and tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.

UPS GROUND SERVICE - Time In Transmit Map Business Days

(Business Days are Monday -Friday Only)

1) UPS Ground Service. Delivery time is 1-7 Business Days (Monday-Friday)depending on your location. Please refer to map above. All items are insured and tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.

2) UPS Overnight Service. Delivery time is guaranteed overnight. This does not include weekends or holidays. Example: If you place an order after 9AM on Friday the order will not ship until Monday and you will not receive it until Tuesday.

All UPS Overnight Service orders are processed the day they are received and shipped the next business day. UPS Overnight Service requiring same day shipping will be charged an additional $15.00 rush fee.

All items are insured and tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.

3) UPS 2nd Day Air Service. Delivery time is guaranteed within 2 days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Example: If you place an order after 7AM on Friday the order will not ship until Monday and you will not receive it until Wednesday. All items are insured and tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.

4) UPS 3 Day Select Service. Delivery time is guaranteed within 3 days. This does not include weekends and holidays. Example: If you place an order after 7 AM on Friday the order will not ship until Monday and you will not receive it until Thursday. All items are insured and tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.

International Shipping Options

Customer will be responsible for any customs fee, tariffs, or duties, if required.

1) USPS Global Priority Service. Delivery time is 7-14 days. Packages can now be tracked and insured. Tracking numbers are provided when the item is shipped.

International Orders: The billing address on your credit/bank card must match what is on file with the bank. You may be asked to provide documentation that you are the card holder if our credit card processor is unable to verify your billing address. This documentation will require you to fax us a copy of the front and back of your credit card and sign an authorization form.

Important Note: Do to the rise in credit card fraud we have had to take extra security precautions to protect you the buyer. We reserve the right to only ship orders to the address of the cardholder. We realize this may be inconvenient, however, it is to protect you the buyer.
