Items marked as bulk rate, clearance on our website are not eligible for further wholesale discounts. They can be purchased on our website without going through the wholesale application process. Washington State businesses may click here to download the Washington State Resale Certificate form. Please do not request wholesale approval if you do not have a current resale/sales tax license or 501C3 on file with your State. All applications are verified.

Bulk Pricing Structure For Church and Ministry Sample Size Anointing Oils.

We offer very competitive industry pricing for these items on our website. There are no further discounts on these items. You do not need to apply for wholesale pricing to receive the discounted price. However, If you live in the State of Washington and are tax exempt you will need to fill out the wholesale application and submit a resale/sales tax license of 5013C.

Catalog

We do not regularly publish a print catalog as we frequently launch new products and print catalogs are quickly out of date.

Victorie Inc. & Rochelle Boleyn Natural Perfumes Custom Product Development

We are offer affordable customization services with low minimum purchase requirements.

Before we begin any product development or manufacturing service a quote defining the services and costs will need to be reviewed and signed. All costs associated with the manufacturing or development of your product must be paid at the time the quote/work order agreement is signed and authorized.

The custom scent formulating process is unique and will require us to articulate the type of finished product you desire.

To facilitate this process we will interview you and ask a series of questions to help us identify what type of scent or product you desire to create.

Once we have completed the interview process we will send you sample of various essential oils, CO2 plant extracts and absolutes for you to access their scent profiles and select the ones you would like in your finished product.

At this point we will begin the blending process utilizing the scents you have selected and send samples of several possible variations. Communication is very important during this stage. This process will be repeated until the scent formulation is complete.

Lead time for custom formulations: 4-8 weeks.

Manufacturing minimums are listed in the chart below. Stock labels are available that can be customized with your contact information. We do not offer customized design services for full color graphic labels. You will need to consult a graphic design artist for this service or design your own labels.

Lead time for manufacturing: Perfumes/Colognes require a 30-60 day lead time. Anointing Oils and other products require a 7-14 day lead time.

Returns are not accepted on custom formulation or custom manufacturing orders.

Important notice: Our formulation and development fee does not give you exclusive rights to the formula. This fee only covers our labor and material cost.
