Aromathιrapie Safety Issues:
We do not
recommend essential oils be taken internally unless under the supervision of a
Medical Doctor who is also qualified in Clinical Aromatherapy. In addition,
essential oils must be properly diluted before use in order to avoid any damages
to property or adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm). Victorie Inc. Return and Cancellation Policy Victorie Inc. is committed to offering the finest products to our customers. Returns and Exchanges: If you've changed your mind about something you've ordered and wish to return it, you may do so within 15 days from the shipping date for a refund of the price of the item (shipping will not be refunded) as long as the item is unopened and unused, with the following exceptions:
Essential oils and other natural product scent profiles may vary from batch to batch. This is normal and customary with natural extracts due to weather conditions, country of origin, and time of plant extraction. We do not guarantee you will like the scent of our products and recommend ordering samples if you are not familiar them.
When returning items please wrap and secure the item in the box we shipped it to you in.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order please call us immediately as orders are typically processed and prepared immediately after your order is received. Unclaimed Goods Items that are returned to us by shipper as unclaimed will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period we will attempt to contact you, and will resend the items for additional shipping charges. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30 day period, the item will be returned to our inventory to be resold without refund. Damaged or Defective Packages If a package arrives damaged or defective please call us immediately as the package will need to be picked up by the Shipping Courier for inspection.
