Myrtle represents God's Promised Blessings and Protection. It is also one of the four trees used to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles. Queen Esther's name "Hadassah" also means "myrtle".
Sweet Myrtle (Hadas) has a three major chemical constituents: α-pinene 35.89% 1,8 Cineole 25.72%and Linalool 11.25%. Separating itself from all other myrtle essential oils due to the specific growing conditions found in Israel. This particular chemical profile has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and analgesic properties.
The aroma of our Sweet Myrtle (Hadas) is sweeter than the other types of myrtle with a refreshing, pleasing aroma, reminiscent of a eucalyptus leaves infused with fresh pine needles and hint of wild flowers. It would be classified as a middle-top note for perfume blending.
